We are currently looking for an After Sales Engineer for one of our clients, a leading technology company. Your main mission will be to provide technical support to customers after purchase, with the aim of fostering long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and distributor inquiries, as well as technical issues, via various channels.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to the company's products, both on-site and remotely.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address complex technical issues and customer needs.
- Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Contribute to the development of support resources and knowledge base articles.
- Provide product demonstrations and training sessions to customers and distributors.
- Identify opportunities for product improvement based on customer feedback.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific discipline.
- Over 5 years of experience in customer support or technical service.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Ability to prioritize customer needs and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
